WHAT WE NEED
Foxxum GmbH requires 🔍QA/Test Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality of our premium Smart TV applications.
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance department. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our quality assurance efforts for the current projects: third party apps onboarding and inhouse development projects. You will work with a team of testers, developers, designers and product owners to ensure our products are developed and tested to the highest standards. You will be responsible for developing test plans, perform test execution, and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. You should be comfortable working in an international environment, with colleagues and customers across the world.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 📋
- Design of test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures
- Create and execute test cases based on story and specification.
- Evaluate test coverage, create test definitions for further test automation and update test documentation.
- Conduct functional and regression testing.
- Gather results and report in a comprehensive way to stakeholders.
- Develop functional/end-to-end automation tests is a possibility in our roadmap.
YOUR PROFILE 💎
- Experienced QA professional, with at least 3 years of experience across different teams, apps and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate on conference calls, reports and by email. (JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr or similar are used)
- High energy and motivated learner with strong problem investigation skills (ReactJS, different players and platforms, remote debugging, …).
- Knowledge of API testing, SQL/NoSQL and Linux/Unix.
- ISTQB certification is an advantage
- Experience in front-/back-end test automation (Selenium, TestCafe, Postman…) is an advantage.
- Experience in the SmartTV App industry is an advantage.
