Being a successful Cloud Computing company, SecuTix understands the importance of developing its greatest asset – its people. That is why, as we are growing our customer portfolio, SecuTix is now strengthening its Customer Service team.

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Customer Service team, whose mission is to contribute to maintain and administer our Salesforce platform.

Your role

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer Salesforce instance, including user access to data, security settings, and application configuration
  • Administer users’ permissions on objects, fields, and reports
  • Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and resolve any issue
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of applications within Salesforce
  • Create customizations for use with Salesforce
  • Monitor system performance and identify issues
  • Provide support to users who need help using the platform and respond promptly to requests for assistance, and offer advice where appropriate.
  • Contribute to document Salesforce platform (user guides, specifications, …). 
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures.

Your profile

  • Knowledgeable with 3+ years relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • ITIL certification as plus.
  • Anticipates and handles critical situations: addresses potential issues before they are recognized by others, quickly identifies, or isolates the root causes of issues or problems.
  • Organizes complex work effort: balances and prioritizes own activities to make sure critical items are addressed.
  • Drives for value added results: drives activities to ensure value is added and/or requirements and milestones are met.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and confidence: dynamic thinker, proactive, can-do attitude, problem solver, result oriented.
  • Works effectively with others.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, or in a similar field.
  • Languages: English (fluent). French, German or Spanish as a plus
